Kochi Expressway Houou tunnel is a tunnel connecting East kawanoe JCT and Shingu IC 3120 m, Ehime Prefecture entrance tunnel. New Tomei Express Way Wadashima Tunnel Project/2000‐2002
Wadashima tunnel of the new Tomei Expressway in Japan for the first time tunnel TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) using.Therefore, wellhead is built using a cement embankment, became an unnatural shape. NARUTO Parking Area Project at Shikoku Causeway Culvert Project/2000‐2002
The Shikoku Causeway,a planned highway that will connect Naruto and Itano,passes through typiclly Japanease village and mountain landscapes. Prefecture road culvert at the crossing the motorway embankment structure, France TechSpan technology is adopted. However, TechSpan, 3 were impression of instability, because the static structure of a hinge thin thickness of material. Therefore product design ends and TechSpan designed by Calvert provided distinctive ribs. Also, lighting design to fit the shape of the ribs light irradiation and created an impressive space.
